Research Use Attestation

1. Research Use Only. All compounds sold by Synthesis Labs are laboratory reagents supplied strictly for research use. They are not drugs, biologics, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or articles of any kind intended for human or animal consumption, administration, or application.

2. No human or veterinary use. Products may not be introduced into a human or animal body in any manner, compounded into any preparation intended for human or animal use, or used in any professional practice involving human or animal subjects.

3. Qualified research setting only. You represent that you are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research organization, or educational institution, and that any use of the compounds will occur solely within a qualified nonhuman research setting, for example in vitro assay work, cell culture research, or other nonhuman laboratory research.

4. Handling and disposal. You represent that your organization has the facilities, training, and authority necessary to store, handle, and dispose of laboratory chemical reagents in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

5. No resale for non-research purposes. You will not resell, transfer, or distribute any compound for human use, veterinary use, compounding, or any consumer purpose.

6. Age. You represent that you are at least 21 years of age.

7. Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that Synthesis Labs makes no representation regarding safety, efficacy, or suitability of any compound for any particular use, and that Synthesis Labs staff do not provide guidance on human or veterinary application of any kind.
