1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and purchasing on behalf of a qualified laboratory, research organization, or educational institution to place an order.

2. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for research use. They are not drugs, biologics, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration in any form. See our RUO Policy.

3. No compounding or clinical application

Products may not be compounded, formulated, or otherwise prepared for use in any clinical, veterinary, or consumer application.

4. Order acceptance, refusal, and cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Synthesis Labs. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order, including after payment terms have been confirmed, at our sole discretion. for example where the stated research setting cannot be verified.

5. No medical, dosing, or use advice

Synthesis Labs and its staff do not provide medical advice, dosing information, or guidance on the use or administration of any compound. Nothing on this site should be construed as such advice.

6. Invoicing and payment

Orders placed through this site generate a request for an official invoice. No payment is collected at checkout. Payment terms are confirmed directly with our purchasing team.

7. Shipping

Products ship to verified laboratory, business, or institutional addresses only. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Indemnification

By placing an order, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synthesis Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, or expense arising from your use, misuse, or handling of any compound purchased, including any use inconsistent with the representations made in the Research Use Attestation.

9. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

Products are provided with identity and purity documentation as described in their Certificate of Analysis. Synthesis Labs makes no warranty, express or implied, of fitness for any particular research application.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Synthesis Labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
