How laboratories order from Synthesis Labs
Orders are placed by qualified research organizations directly through the catalog, or by purchase order for institutional buyers. Every order requires a research use attestation at checkout.
1. Attest
Accept the research use attestation once per account. It is reconfirmed at checkout on every order.
2. Add to order
Select compounds and fill sizes from the catalog. Cart totals are estimates pending an official invoice.
3. Submit organization details
Provide your lab or organization name and intended research setting. This is required for every order.
4. Receive an official invoice
Our purchasing team issues an invoice and confirms terms before any order ships. No payment is collected through the cart itself.
Purchase orders & institutional buyers
Universities, contract research organizations, and other institutional buyers may submit a purchase order in place of prepayment. Include your organization's PO number, billing and shipping addresses, and a research-setting description with your order request, and our purchasing team will follow up to confirm terms.
Packing lists & documentation
Each shipment includes a packing list identifying compounds, lot numbers, and fill sizes. Certificates of Analysis are available for download from each compound's spec sheet and are not duplicated on paper inside the shipment unless requested.
Safety Data Sheets
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request for any compound in the catalog. Contact quality & purchasing with the compound name and lot number to request one.
Shipping & handling
Lyophilized compounds are packaged with stability-appropriate handling for chemical reagents. this refers to protecting the lyophilized material from heat and light in transit, not clinical cold-chain handling. Shipments are sent to verified laboratory, business, or institutional addresses only.
At checkout, you will confirm your lab or organization name, your intended research setting, and re-accept the research use terms. Orders that cannot be verified as bound for qualified research use may be declined or cancelled. See our Terms of Sale.
